What is Print on Demand?

Everything is printed only after you order. There’s no inventory sitting in a warehouse — each item is made specifically for you. This means less waste and the ability to offer more designs.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Economy shipping can take up to 2 weeks after that. Express shipping is available at checkout if you need it faster.

Why do prices vary by size or color?

Pricing is set by the print provider based on the specific blank (size, color, style) being used.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. Send me your idea and I’ll create it for you. You can also request existing designs on different products.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact me at Michelle@LollygagCreations.us to start a return. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email Michelle@LollygagCreations.us right away with your order number and a photo. I’ll work with you to make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Size charts are shown as images on each product page. Check those for the most accurate fit info.
